Fear is boring. We know how it feels to be afraid: of others, of shortage, of failure, of our own inability.
Fear is boring because it is always the same. The same No, the same reflex to shrink, to be smaller than we can be.
Love on the other hand is limitless. How far can we go in love? We don't know.
There is always deeper in love, in trust, in hope and in marvel. We can expand and see what will become of us.
It takes no courage to be afraid.
It’s easy.
Everybody is afraid.
But it takes great courage to imagine life where your deepest dreams are fulfilled, where you trust your life and that it will take care of you; where every day you live not in fear but in wonder: at the world around and at treasures still hidden in the depths of your being.
How tall will a tree grow?
As tall as it can.
And so should we.
